In the Office

I build and scale high-trust, membership-driven businesses where revenue, operations, and customer experience all have to work together.

​

My background spans enterprise sales operations and enablement, entrepreneurship, and hands-on operational leadership - ranging from building multi-million dollar pipelines to running local, community-driven businesses where growth, retention, and experience are everything.

​

I’m most effective in environments where something valuable exists - but needs structure, systems, and execution to scale.

Outside of work, I’m usually on the water or in the mountains.

I’m an active sailboat racer in San Diego, crewing on competitive teams where coordination, trust, and execution matter—especially when conditions get challenging. It’s a constant reminder that performance is a team outcome, not an individual one.

​

When I’m not racing, I’m out exploring with my husky, Loki—surfing, hiking, or chasing the next adventure.
